About Me
Kerrie Hile - Owner
My introduction into REMEDIAL MASSAGE began with sporting injuries sustained through mountain bike racing and cross country running 15years ago,
Basically, I overdid it and suffered as a result; having ongoing pain for around 3 years. I went to different therapists but it wasn't until I found remedial massage that things started improving immediately. I have been a believer ever since!
At that time, I was nursing full-time, and had been thinking of a new vocation/ direction in healing.
It was due to the results I found from remedial massage that led me here.
My nursing knowledge helped my studies to diploma level and has continues to be a great asset in the understanding of different medical conditions, their symptoms, and how they relate to the musculoskeletal system.
My decision to open my own clinic has been my goal from the start. Working in and being mentored in the industry since 2015 has been vital to understanding various aspects of running a business.

Being able to customise and meet client needs through building individual treatment plans are the top priority for me. It is extremely rewarding to have my clients compliment on how great they feel and benefit from Remedial Massage.

Why "MESH"?
/mɛʃ/ - an interlaced structure.
Lots of people have asked this question.
I was seeking a word, a phrase that describes the structural aspect of the musculoskeletal system - what holds us together. Without muscles, ligaments and tendons; our bones would fall into a heap on the ground!
